Preparation of commands

Your orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) except in exceptional circumstances.

You will be notified by email that your order has been processed. This email will contain an order number which can be used in all our communications.

Then, as soon as your package leaves our warehouse, a new shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link from the carrier will be available so that you are kept informed of each stage of delivery.
